House rules
Children ages 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium. Visitors must be reported in advance and authorized by the condominium administration; unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and may not flush toilet paper. Check-in is with a host. Identification documents for every guest are required after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 has an additional fee; check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Check-out is by 10:00; late checkout may incur an additional daily rate.
