The maximum occupancy is 2 guests, and visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted. Access to the condominium is limited to guests included in the reservation; any visitor must be reported in advance and provide identification for authorization. Unregistered people may not access the condominium, and overnight stays by people outside the reservation are not permitted. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and may not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests should use electricity, water and air conditioning responsibly. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable because of condominium maintenance or other administrative reasons. Occasional noise from construction or maintenance may occur. Linen changes and extra cleaning are available for an additional cleaning fee. Monthly, bimonthly, quarterly and semiannual stays are available.
