The maximum occupancy is two guests, and visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted. Only guests named in the reservation may access the condominium unless a visitor is communicated in advance and authorized. Overnight stays by unregistered visitors are not permitted. Children from 2 to 12 years and babies under 2 years are accepted; cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Do not hang towels, clothing, rugs or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Follow condominium rules and use water, electricity and air conditioning conscientiously. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other condominium-administered reasons. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external works may occur during legally permitted hours.
