Self check-in is used. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, events, and overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation, and visitors must be registered in advance. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies, or outdoor areas, and do not flush toilet paper. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. The gym, individual wine cellar, cigar room, poker room, and party room are available only for reservations longer than 30 days.

Jurerê Internacional Beach is stated as 350 m away, and the apartment is one block from the beach. Jurerê Open Shopping is 700 m away. The property has one garage parking space.
