The maximum occupancy is 4 people. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules and may not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Identification documents are requested for every guest after confirmation. Common areas, if announced, may be temporarily closed by condominium management. The property is in a residential condominium where occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
