The maximum occupancy is two guests, and visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted. Condominium access is restricted to guests registered in the reservation; visitors require advance communication and identification for authorization. Overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are not permitted. Children aged 2 to 12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors and pets are not permitted. Events and parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests are responsible for any fines or damage. Common areas may be temporarily closed by the condominium administration. Identification documents for all guests are requested after reservation confirmation. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external construction may occur during legally permitted hours.
