House rules
The lead guest must be at least 30 years old. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Babies, toddlers and children are welcome. The gardener visits every four weeks and accesses the garden through the rear garden gate. Full refund for cancellation at least five days before check-in; no refund for cancellation less than five days before arrival.
Getting there
The home spans three levels with no internal elevator. The third bedroom is reached down stairs from the entrance level. Parking requires advance arrangement and is subject to availability. A cat previously lived here; the home may not be suitable for guests with allergies.
