Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors; music audible from the property line violates the stated city noise ordinance. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. A minimum renter age requirement applies. Optional pool and spa heating carries an extra daily fee, requires a request before arrival and may take up to 48 hours.
Getting there
The home is in the gated Whitehawk community, six miles northeast of downtown Palm Desert and three miles north of Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Palm Desert Country Club is three miles south, and Shadow Ridge Golf Club is six miles northwest.
