The main-floor primary bedroom has a queen bed and a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom and a balcony/deck. Six bedrooms are on the second floor, and one is on the lower level. All eight bedrooms have air conditioning and televisions; several have balconies/decks and walk-in closets. Seven bedrooms explicitly have ensuite bathrooms. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $150.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Extra sanitizing/UV carries an additional fee, and homeowners insurance must be in place. A refundable cash security deposit of $15,000 is required, governed by a separate owner–guest Security Deposit Agreement signed before check-in. If a guest cancels, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the original dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued once the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, the original guest may use the original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins.
