## About the house

The 865-square-foot condo sleeps six guests and has two bathrooms, mountain views, heating and a wood-burning fireplace. The full kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen basics and a dining area. A deck with a gas grill and outdoor seating provides space for outdoor meals. A private washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, television with cable/satellite, books and a video library are available.

Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. The condo has a private entrance and self check-in. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Baby safety gear is available, and children are welcome.

Guests have access to the Sundance Club, 0.2 miles from the condo, with a shared heated outdoor pool and shared outdoor hot tub. Tennis and basketball facilities are also available seasonally. Club hours are 11 AM–8 PM during the published summer periods from Memorial Day to early October and the winter period from the weekend after Thanksgiving to early April. Tennis courts, the basketball hoop and the kiddie pool are closed in winter. There is no parking at the club.

Stores, ski rentals and dining options are nearby. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort offers skiing and snowboarding in winter and hiking, mountain climbing and paragliding in warmer months. The Jackson Hole Aerial Tram is nearby, and Yellowstone National Park is 54.5 miles north.

Guests must review and sign an additional compliance document after booking confirmation to comply with Wyoming state and local regulations. Firewood is provided only from November 1 to May 1 and is stored in the parking garage; additional wood can be purchased locally.
