The post-modern home has a Belgian-block courtyard and driveway, landscaped grounds, hardwood floors and a private primary suite. Four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; the first-floor bedroom and study share a bathroom. Two upstairs bedrooms have balcony or deck access. The eat-in kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, an island seating three and an eating nook for six. The open living and dining area includes a fireplace and a dining table seating eight. Sliding doors open onto a full-size deck. Outdoors are patios, a gas grill, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, a hammock, firepit, swing set and private heated gunite pool. The lower-level music studio opens through French doors to a small garden and includes a kitchenette, wine bar and half bathroom. A home theater/media room is on the second floor. The primary renter must be at least 28 years old. Maximum occupancy is 10; additional guests require express approval. Pets and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Smoking is not allowed. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. A refundable cash security deposit of 10% is required, governed by a separate agreement signed by owner and guest before check-in. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If the owner agrees to reopen canceled dates and the property is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected.
