The house

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The living area has an equipped open kitchen and dining table. A cabinet holding the television separates the living and sleeping areas; the sleeping area has a queen-size bed and a sofa. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, a boiler and a fridge.

The apartment is in Bologna's limited traffic zone (ZTL). Leaving the car in nearby parking facilities and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. The central train station is 1.2 km away, and the airport can be reached by car in less than 20 minutes.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
