The house

The apartment accommodates six guests on the first floor of a residential building without an elevator. A large balcony overlooks the canal. The living area has an open-plan kitchen and a dining table. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.

There are three bedrooms: two have a queen-size bed each, and the third has a single bed and a pull-out bed, together with an ensuite bathroom with shower. There are two bathrooms in total. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer are available.

The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Bologna's central train station is 1.2 km away; the airport is a 20-minute drive away.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Smoking, parties and events are not permitted.
