House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for more information. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team with payment. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
Skiing and town are within walking access; ski shuttle service is also available. Valet parking is limited to two cars and operates 06:00–23:00. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
