House rules
The home must be booked as an entire home; individual rooms cannot be booked. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits with no corkage charges. Loud music is allowed within limits and during specified hours; guests should keep noise mild and within the villa and respect neighbours. Stag groups are not allowed. The advertised occupancy is 8–12 guests, with the additional guests accommodated using the extra floor mattresses described for the bedrooms.
