The house

The 1,274-square-foot house has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. A covered porch, patio, outdoor seating, firepit and spacious yard overlook the mountains. Guests can explore the mowed areas and watch for wildlife; the woods and access road on the property are off limits.

Inside are queen beds, a jetted tub, a fireplace, heating, ceiling fans, hot water, blankets, bed linens, fresh towels, toiletries, hangers, an iron and room-darkening shades. Additional heaters are available in the bedrooms, and the second bedroom has a door. Air conditioning is limited to one window unit in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen basics, and cooking and baking ware. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television and Netflix streaming are available. The home has a private entrance and self check-in. Parking accommodates six cars, and an EV charger is available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.
