The home accommodates up to 19 guests and has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom across three levels. Level 1 has a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets and a trundle, sharing a full cabana bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A separate full bathroom has a standing shower. The recreation room includes a pool table, kitchenette and wet bar.

Level 2 has a king ensuite with a standing shower and deck access, another king bedroom, a twin bedroom with two beds, and a bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk and a trundle. A separate full bathroom has a standing shower. Level 3 has a king ensuite with a standing shower, a half bathroom, a great room, a kitchen with two refrigerators and a dining area.

Outdoor spaces include an enclosed oceanfront hot tub room on Level 3, an oceanfront screened porch, a rooftop observation deck reached by a multi-level spiral staircase, and a poolside Tiki bar. The rooftop deck has ocean-to-sound views. Other facilities include Smart TVs/DVDs, streaming TV, a charcoal grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower and five beach chairs. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts and beach access. A whirlpool tub is offered for 2026 only.

Private outdoor pool, size 10 × 20. Standard opening dates are April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. Optional heating costs $275 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. Extended opening dates begin April 12, 2026, and April 11, 2027; extended closing dates are October 17, 2026, and October 16, 2027. Extending pool dates costs $250 plus tax per week. A shared community outdoor pool is also available.

The home is oceanfront in Crown Point. The named beach access is Crown Point North Access. The rooftop deck is reached by a multi-level spiral staircase. Parking is limited to six vehicles.

No smoking. Check-in and checkout are on Sundays. A maximum of one dog is allowed; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must stay out of pools and hot tubs.
