House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. The sofa bed accommodates one additional guest, within the maximum occupancy of three. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor with lift access, near Limehouse Basin, canal paths and Docklands, with fast connections to Canary Wharf and beyond.
