## About the house

The home accommodates up to 18 guests and has six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 1 includes a bedroom with a double bed, trundle and twin bed; a private den with a twin-over-twin bunk set; a full bathroom; and a recreation room with a pool table, kitchenette and access to the private pool area.

Level 2 has two king ensuite bedrooms, one with a whirlpool tub, a queen ensuite bedroom, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, a full bathroom, a sitting/office area and laundry. Level 3 has a king ensuite bedroom with a whirlpool tub, a half bathroom, a great room, a kitchen with two dishwashers, a dining area and a screened porch.

Outdoor facilities include the private pool, a six-person hot tub, two outdoor showers, outdoor furniture, a gas grill and a basketball hoop. Five beach chairs are provided. Indoor amenities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, multiple TVs/DVDs, a wet bar, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a blender, drip coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Municipal water and keyless entry are provided.

Parking accommodates six vehicles. Up to two well-behaved, housebroken dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Saturday check-in is at 4:00 PM and Saturday checkout is at 10:00 AM; the home is eligible for early check-in.

Private outdoor pool with a pool alarm. Published size: 20 × 40. Seasonal opening dates are April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. An extended closing date of October 15, 2027 is offered at no additional fee.

The home is semi-oceanfront, with beach access via Dolphin Beach Access. Parking is limited to six vehicles.

No smoking. A maximum of two dogs is allowed, with no weight limit; dogs must be well-behaved and housebroken. Cats are not allowed. Check-in and checkout are on Saturdays.
