The house

Westward Chalet at Westermere is a 1,864-square-foot condo with four bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and a third full bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and an ensuite with a soaking jet tub, shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV and an ensuite with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has a twin daybed, trundle bed, TV and desk; the fourth has two twin bunk beds and a TV.

The open-plan living area includes a fireplace, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large island and wrap-around breakfast bar, and a dining table seating eight. The balcony overlooks a pond, and the condo has mountain and Telluride Ski Resort views. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig. A washer, dryer, linens, towels, heating, televisions, games and a grill are provided.

The Mountain Village Core location is near the free gondola and the base of Chair 4, with access to restaurants, shops, hiking trails, the bike park and Telluride summer festivals. Walk-to-town access and ski shuttle service are available. The property includes a private ski locker, garage parking for a maximum of one car and an elevator. Long-term stays are allowed.
