## About the house

Whitehaven accommodates six guests in three air-conditioned bedrooms. Bi-fold doors connect the main living area to a patio with a covered lounge, outdoor dining area and west-facing sundeck. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, locally made furnishings, colourful artwork and a 20-foot private saltwater pool with an expanded terrace. Ceiling fans, a hair dryer, cable TV, a writing desk, coded building entry and a security safe are available. Housekeeping is available twice weekly. A gym is not available. Complimentary Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach membership includes sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, changing rooms and restrooms, plus access to the bar and restaurant and a 10% food-and-beverage discount. Optional water sports equipment rentals cost extra, and watersports are available by request. The concierge team can assist with golf tee times.

The villa is in a hillside setting just inland from the Platinum Coast. Alleyne’s Bay is a 6-minute drive away and Mullins Beach is an 8-minute drive away. Beach access is available through complimentary Fairmont Royal Pavilion membership. Holetown is a 10-minute drive away, Speightstown a 12-minute drive and Grantley Adams International Airport a 45-minute drive.

Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
