The furnished villa accommodates four guests in two air-conditioned bedrooms. Bi-fold doors connect the living area to a patio with a covered lounge, outdoor dining area and west-facing sundeck. The kitchen is fully equipped. Other amenities include ceiling fans, a hair dryer, cable TV and a security safe. Housekeeping is available twice a week. Complimentary Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach membership includes sunbeds, umbrellas, showers, changing rooms and restrooms, plus access to the bar and restaurant and a 10% food and beverage discount. Water sports equipment rentals cost extra, and water sports are available by request. A gym is not available. Concierge assistance is available for arranging golf tee times.

The villa is in a hillside setting just inland from the Platinum Coast. Alleyne’s Bay is a 6-minute drive away and Mullins Beach is an 8-minute drive away. Beach access is available through complimentary Fairmont Royal Pavilion membership. Holetown is a 10-minute drive away, Speightstown a 12-minute drive and Grantley Adams International Airport a 45-minute drive.

Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
