Its open great room combines the kitchen, dining and living areas and opens onto a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-making equipment, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. All three bedrooms and the additional sleeping area are on the main floor. The primary bedroom and Bedroom 2 each have a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. A queen sofa sleeper provides an additional open-plan sleeping area. All four sleeping areas have air conditioning and televisions; the bedrooms have closets and cable/streaming TV. The primary bedroom and sofa-sleeper area have deck access. The three full bathrooms include one with a shower and tub and two with shower/tub combinations. Outdoor facilities include a private hot tub, deck/patio, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Beach equipment includes chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler, along with a kayak/canoe and paddle board. The home has private bay-beach access and a private right of way to the ocean across the street. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during the same stay require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. One dog weighing 40 lbs or less is permitted for $50.00 per booking. Dogs over 40 lbs, multiple dogs and other pets require express approval. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $95.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened with the owner's agreement and rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may retain their original stay provided scheduled payments are made and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger balance payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement.
