Three bedrooms are upstairs, each with an ensuite, and the fourth guest bedroom is near the living room. The main bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and shower. The three guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and ensuite; one has a shower/tub combination and dual vanity, while the other two have showers. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of thirty nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. For bookings made more than 110 days before arrival, half of the booking total is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day deadline receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
