The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The three bathrooms comprise an upstairs primary bathroom with a shower, another upstairs bathroom with a tub, and a first-floor bathroom with a shower. The home is approximately 1,675 square feet and has updated appliances, a new kitchen, roof, gas heating and well.
The fenced backyard includes a private outdoor heated pool, outdoor shower, uncovered deck/patio, four lounge chairs, a table, chairs, umbrella and gas grill. Indoors, facilities include Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided. Entertainment includes cable and smart television and a Sonos speaker system. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.
