The house

The open-plan studio has a queen-size bed, open clothing storage, an armchair and a wall-mounted TV. A front patio with seating sits behind a white picket gate.

The kitchen has a stainless steel worktop, open shelving, a four-burner cooktop, oven, large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes and cookware. A timber dining table doubles as a place to work, with a clip-on reading lamp.

The bathroom has floor-to-ceiling tiling, a glass-walled rainfall shower and a floating vanity. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer are provided. A radiator-style wall heater and portable fans provide heating and cooling. Wi-Fi and an iron are available.

There is no on-site laundry; the nearest laundromat is an eight-minute walk away. Free street parking is available with time restrictions, but there is no parking on the property. Hobart’s CBD and waterfront dining at Kings Pier Marina are a six-minute drive away, while Elizabeth Street’s food strip is a few minutes away on foot.
