The house

The condo has a private third-floor balcony with Gulf views. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, and the common space has a sofa bed; each sleeping area accommodates two guests. There are two bathrooms.

The kitchen has updated countertops, full-size appliances, a stove, microwave and dishwasher. The beach-themed living area has a large sofa, two chairs, a flatscreen TV, tiled floors and an area rug. A dining table seats six, with two additional bar stools. Entertainment equipment includes three TVs, three DVD players, cable and a CD stereo system. Air conditioning, a washer/dryer, an iron and free internet are available. The building has an elevator.

Guests have unlimited access to shared resort amenities including an outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis court and recreation center. Gas grills and beach access are available. Seasonal beach service is included from March through October, bike rentals are included, and reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.

The Gulf of Mexico is mere steps away. Silver Sands outlets are less than one mile away, Grand Boulevard at Sandestin is less than three miles away, Emerald Bay Golf Club is three and a half miles away, and New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10 is three miles away.
