The house

The home has an outdoor patio with a gas grill and dining area, a private hot tub, and a game room with a foosball table. The three bedrooms have two king beds and one queen bed in total. Bed linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hot water, and a dryer are provided.

The separate studio contains the third bedroom and second full bathroom. This space and the game room are not connected to the main house; they have a separate entrance through the garage, with the access door on the side of the garage. This layout can accommodate multiple or extended families staying together.

Grace Hammond Beach Access is a quarter-mile west. Restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment are nearby. Lincoln City Outlets is a short drive three miles south, and Chinook Winds Casino is less than a mile north, with golf also available.
