Things to know

House rules

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and remain present throughout the stay. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or on the premises. Parties and events are prohibited unless approved in writing; approved events may incur event or extra-occupant fees. The maximum occupancy is 23. Up to two pets require prior approval and cost $100 per pet per stay. Fire-pit users must bring their own supplies, extinguish all flames and coals, and follow county burn bans; burning during a ban incurs a $500 fine. Hot-water tanks are shared between rooms, so prolonged use may affect temperatures.
