## About the house

Webb House accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms have king beds and the fourth has two twin beds. Renovated and expanded by KH Webb, the home features a butterfly roof, clerestory windows, furnishings by SHA Interior Design, and an open-plan living area with sliding glass doors to the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Smeg range, built-in JennAir refrigerator and freezer, and a pantry. The dining table seats up to 10. A wet bar includes cocktail and wine glasses, a beverage refrigerator, ice maker and glassware dishwasher. The enclosed private backyard has a pool and spa, firepit, lounge areas, outdoor dining and an outdoor kitchen with a Hestan grill, refrigerator and sink. The garden was designed by Tim P. Turner. The primary suite opens directly to the pool area and has a walk-in shower, outdoor soaking tub and outdoor shower. A second bedroom suite also has a private outdoor shower. A laundry room contains a washer, dryer and sink.

Palm Canyon Drive and the Uptown Design District are a short stroll away. Dining, boutiques, galleries and entertainment are within walking distance.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Dogs only; no other pets are permitted. Optional pool and spa heating carries an extra daily fee and must be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.
