## About the house

Designed by Bajan architect Larry Warren, Waverly One has three upstairs air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which open onto private sea-view balconies. The open-plan living area leads to a covered terrace with seating, a wet bar and barbecue. The garden includes a private plunge pool, shaded sun loungers, outdoor dining and a hammock. A fully equipped kitchen and optional private chef are available. Housekeeping is provided six days a week, with nightly security. Additional features include ceiling fans, a hair dryer, cable TV, a security safe and a beach shower. Watersports are available by request.

The home is directly on Gibbs Beach; Gibbes Bay is a one-minute walk away. Beach accessibility fluctuates seasonally. There is ongoing construction in the area; enquire before booking. All three bedrooms are upstairs. Guests under 12 may not visit or stay. Speightstown is a six-minute drive away, and Grantley Adams International Airport is a 47-minute drive away.

Guests under 12 are not permitted to visit or stay. Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
