For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable less a penalty of 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.

A garden side gate leads directly to Gibbes Beach. Gibbes Bay is a one-minute walk away. Beach accessibility fluctuates seasonally. Nearby construction may cause disruptions; enquire before booking. Speightstown is a six-minute drive away, and Grantley Adams International Airport is a 47-minute drive away.
