The Loft includes the rooftop terrace, with direct access from the Loft. The Tower Room does not have access to the rooftop terrace; its guests can use the garden by the water. A forest is directly opposite the tower, with a stated 2.5 km walking route. The property has car parking in front; an EV charging point is a little further away.
