The house

The apartment accommodates two guests. Its open-plan living and dining area opens onto a balcony with harbour views. The living area has a sofa and TV. The kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and cooking essentials.

The bedroom has a queen bed, linen, wardrobe storage and a dedicated workspace. A ceiling fan, portable fan and portable heater are available. The bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower. A private washing machine, drying rack, hair dryer and iron are provided.

A waterfront path leads to shared gardens with lawns beside the harbour. The foreshore provides a vantage point for nearby New Year's Eve fireworks barges. Complimentary Wi-Fi, free undercover carport parking and a private entrance are available. Balmain's cafés, restaurants and pubs are a short walk away, and ferries run from Birchgrove Wharf into the city.

Renovation work at the neighbouring building may cause daytime construction noise. Guests must climb stairs, and there is nearby open water.
