The home accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, with two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub; the second bedroom has two twin beds.

The open-concept living area has large windows with lake views and a usable fireplace. The kitchen has a center island, and meals can be enjoyed at a glass dining table. A kayak and outdoor grill are available. Bed linens, bath towels, air conditioning, heating, hot water, a washer, dryer and Wi-Fi are provided.

Boutiques, seaside restaurants and beaches are a short drive away. The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, maintenance requests and guest communication after booking confirmation.

The home is on Beaver Lake, one mile from town. Beaches, boutiques and seaside restaurants are a short drive away. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about the availability of outdoor furniture and equipment; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May.

Reservations require approval before confirmation. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees or an increased security deposit may apply.

Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $30.00 per reservation night. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened with the owner's agreement and successfully rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the original reservation total is issued after full payment for the replacement booking. If no replacement booking is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire.

Up to $25,000 of damage protection is provided in lieu of a security deposit, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule them during reasonable daytime hours.
