## About the house

The home accommodates 11 guests in four bedrooms and has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 1 has a queen ensuite with a standing shower and laundry. Level 2 has an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower and deck access, another king bedroom, a bedroom with a twin-over-double duo bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk set, and a full bathroom. The east and southside deck has a hot tub.

Level 3 contains the great room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, screened porch and open sun decks facing the ocean and sound. The kitchen has two refrigerators, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, a washer and dryer, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs. The home uses a private well. Parking accommodates four vehicles, with covered parking for two.

Access requires a 4x4 vehicle and travel on the beach. The home is directly across from the beach access walkway in Swan Beach, with unobstructed ocean views.

No smoking. A maximum of one dog is permitted; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must not enter the hot tub. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. Early check-in is optional, subject to limited weekly availability and an additional fee.
