The condo has warm-toned decor and a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and tiled floors. A dining area provides seating for home-cooked meals. The open living room has a queen sofa bed, TV and DVD player, and a twin bunk area provides additional sleeping space. A half bathroom is off the main living area near the bunk area.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player and private bathroom with a stand-up shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV and private bathroom with a stand-up shower and tub. A stackable washer/dryer is included, and convenient parking is available.
Waterscape has 490 feet of private beach. Beach service is included from March through October. Registered guests must use the provided RFID wristbands to access Waterscape amenities, with an exemption for children aged five and under; wristbands are not required for beach access.
