The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player and private bathroom with a stand-up shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV and private bathroom with a stand-up shower and tub. A stackable washer/dryer is included, and convenient parking is available.

Waterscape has 490 feet of private beach. Beach service is included from March through October. Registered guests must use the provided RFID wristbands to access Waterscape amenities, with an exemption for children aged five and under; wristbands are not required for beach access.

Maximum occupancy is eight guests, including all children and infants regardless of age. Provide the exact number of occupants so the correct number of RFID wristbands can be issued; wristbands are limited to registered guests and cannot exceed maximum occupancy. Wristbands must be worn whenever using Waterscape amenities, and guests without them cannot access the amenities. Children aged five and under are exempt from wearing wristbands. Wristbands are not required for beach access. A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband applies if it is lost or not returned at checkout.
