The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tiled floors, dishes, cooking utensils and bakeware. The dining area has a large table with bench seating. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player and private bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player and private bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub. A twin bunk area provides additional sleeping space, and the living room has a queen sofa bed, TV and DVD player. A half bathroom is off the main living area near the bunk area. Beach service is included from March through October. Registered guests receive RFID wristbands for access to Waterscape amenities; children aged five and under do not need to wear them. All occupants count toward the maximum occupancy of eight, regardless of age. Provide the exact number of occupants to receive the correct number of amenity wristbands. The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different unit-specific or legal minimum applies, provide proof of age on request, and stay throughout the rental. Guests under the applicable minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum of eight. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Adults must supervise minors at all times. Wear the provided RFID wristbands whenever using Waterscape amenities; access is denied without them. Children aged five and under are exempt from wearing them. Wristbands are issued only for registered occupants within the maximum occupancy. Each lost wristband or wristband not returned at checkout incurs a $50 non-refundable fee. Wristbands are not required for beach access. Subject to booking-channel terms, charges may include damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, up to $500 for additional cleaning or the actual cost if greater, applicable fines and related damages, and a late-departure fee of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may result in removal without refund. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repairs. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency.
