The atmospheric living room is wonderfully light and thanks to the full glass facade across the entire width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you have a panoramic view of the wide polder landscape and the water features. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room with the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with flatscreen TV with international package and a cozy gas fireplace. The luxury, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality equipment, such as a combi microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. The villa has three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a completely open ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. In the hall there is also a separate guest toilet. When you open the garden doors in the living room to the wonderfully sunny, extra spacious terrace you can immediately enjoy the outdoors. Here you will find a large dining table, a lounge set and four comfortable sun loungers. The spacious garden borders a water feature and is surrounded by slopes, marram grass and dune shrubs. Thanks to its south-facing location, you will always find a lovely spot in the sun. The holiday villa has an indoor storage room with, among other things, a washing machine and dryer and a fridge-freezer combination. There is parking for two cars per villa. In each villa, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are standardly available. Pets are not allowed in this holiday villa.
