The villa has a bright living room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, garden doors, a dining table, seating area, flat-screen TV with international channels and a gas fireplace. The open kitchen includes a combination microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. There are three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The garden borders a water feature, and the terrace has a glass windscreen, dining table and two loungers. A beach cabin on Banjaard Beach is included from mid-May to mid-September.
