The house

Waterfront Serenity accommodates up to six guests in approximately 2,500 square feet. The home sits at the end of a dead-end street with only four houses. Its open-plan living and dining areas connect to an island kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Floor-to-ceiling living-room windows overlook the water. The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware and tableware.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, water views, a closet and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. Two lower-level guest bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed respectively, with closets. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is on the lower level, and a half bathroom is on the main floor. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outdoor facilities include multiple seating areas, a deck/patio, lounge chairs, patio furniture, a gas grill and kayaks/canoe. An elevator, heating, hot water, bed linens, bath towels, washer, dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Gerard Drive Beach and Louse Point Beach are nearby. Springs General Store, a Saturday farmers market and a corner farm stand are within walking distance.

The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
