The apartment is footsteps from the beach and Jetty Road's cafes and eateries. Open-plan living and dining lead to a spacious private balcony with ocean views and outdoor dining. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and there is a large dining table, smart TV and sofa seating.
Two queen bedrooms have fresh linens, towels and ensuite bathroom access. The master bedroom opens directly onto the balcony; the second bedroom has a dedicated workspace. A washing machine and dryer are in the second bathroom. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a microwave, hair dryer and iron are available.
Guests have access to the residents' swimming pool, sauna and gym. Complex facilities may close for maintenance without prior notice, as scheduled by building management. Free secure undercover parking is available for one car, with a maximum clearance of 2 metres. Fire extinguishing equipment, smoke detection and security cameras are provided.
