House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy is limited to the guests on the booking, up to six guests. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Pets are not permitted unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the booking terms.
Getting there
The beach at Louttit Bay is across the road. The apartment is on Lorne's shopping strip, with dining options a few steps away. Parking is limited to one car in a car stacker; 4WD vehicles are not permitted in the stacker. Vehicle limits are 1.6 m high, 4.9 m long and 2.3 m wide.
