The house

Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home has a generous lounge and dining area with vaulted ceilings opening onto a front deck. Two spacious sheltered decking areas provide outdoor seating and dining, with a barbecue available.

Three bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth has two single beds. There are two contemporary bathrooms; Bathroom 1 includes a bath, shower, toilet and hand basin. The kitchen and scullery have a silent rangehood, dishwasher, oven, hobs, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster. A heat pump/air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, PlayStation 4 and washing machine are provided. Parking includes a private driveway, off-street and boat parking, and a double carport.

Linen is included, with sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels supplied. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure; pillows and duvets are provided. There is no pool or hot tub.

The beach is 10 metres away, with sandy shores and coastal pathways nearby. The boat club, boat ramp, dairy, cafes and domain with a beachside children's playground are 300 metres away, a short walk. A waterfront golf course is a five-minute drive away. A chemist, hairdressers, supermarket and bottle store are within easy reach. A walkway/cycle track at the end of the cul-de-sac leads to Tauranga City, and Kaimai Range tramping tracks are nearby.
