Two living areas provide separate places to relax. The open-concept living area has a queen sectional sleeper, an electric fireplace and a 51-inch TV with Xfinity. The second living area has a sofa, accent chairs, a TV with Xfinity and a DVD player. The canal-facing kitchen has modern appliances, ample counter space and cooking equipment. There is a six-person dining table, a second formal dining area seating six, and outdoor dining on the private screened lanai with a stainless steel gas grill. The primary suite has a king bed and sliding glass doors to the lanai. Its en-suite bathroom has tile flooring, two vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed; the third has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The private dock provides access for fishing, paddleboarding and kayaking. Four Adirondack chairs and a fish-cleaning station are provided. Swimming in the canals is prohibited. Foldable beach chairs, assorted beach toys, a beach umbrella and a beach wagon are available.
