House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Streaming services require guests’ own accounts.
Getting there
The condo is on the second floor. No elevator is available, and there are no ground-floor bedrooms. The bedroom is open to the living space without a separate door. Beach access is available; restaurants, shopping, Pensacola Beach Pier and Boardwalk are within walking distance. A free trolley stops in front of the complex from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
