House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur an additional cleaning fee of $200. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report breakages. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Baggage cannot be received or stored unattended before check-in or after checkout. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional charges; guaranteed extended access requires booking the preceding or additional night, subject to availability. At checkout, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, dispose of rubbish in the correct bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for belongings before departure. Retrieval of lost items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned within Australia subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses allows claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.

Getting there

Key collection is offsite and is not available 24/7. Western Beach is moments away, and the waterfront and promenade are steps away. Local buses operate along Western Beach Road and throughout central Geelong. Geelong Station is a short drive away. Melbourne CBD is approximately one hour away by car, and Avalon Airport is around 25 minutes away by car.
