The single beds can be converted into a queen bed. The master bedroom has a TV, a private en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. Bedrooms have blinds, bedside tables and lamps. The open-plan living and dining area has hardwood flooring, contemporary furnishings, artwork, a six-seater sofa, a smart TV and a study nook. The dining table seats eight, with additional counter seating for four. The kitchen includes a gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cookware and dishes. There are two bathrooms, including a main bathroom with a soaking bath, and shower facilities. A private internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer; an iron and hair dryer are provided. Air conditioning, zoned heating and cooling, hallway panel heating and Wi-Fi are available. The large private balcony has outdoor dining furniture and is accessible from the lounge and master bedroom. Two secured, undercover parking spaces are available. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, towels, toiletries and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. The apartment is on Western Beach Road, steps from the waterfront and promenade and close to central Geelong, cafés, cultural attractions and parklands. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund.
