The house

The residence has cathedral ceilings, an open great room and connected entertaining areas with neutral décor. A living room fireplace and a finished basement with ping pong, foosball and a stereo system provide indoor gathering spaces.

Three bedrooms each have a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed, and a common sleeping area has a double/full bed. There are four full bathrooms, one half bathroom and an outdoor shower. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, hot water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer are provided. An outdoor grill is available.

The heated private pool is surrounded by lawn and outdoor lounging areas. Pool use is typically seasonal, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The heater may operate only between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Ocean beaches, dining, shopping and parks are a short distance away. The property has a gravel entrance. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation; a Guest Experience Manager can help facilitate requests such as grocery shopping and arranging a private chef.
